Sorry about that. Can you file a bug then? https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishformYour 1024MB card should be working fine. I have seen some issues with the older AMD cards and the team is looking into the problem. In the mean time, I’ll investigate your issue from my side.

Sorry you are experiencing difficulty. Is your GPU one of those with only 512 MB of VRAM? If so, you may be experiencing less performance than previous versions. We had to increase our GPU requirements to be 1 GB or more, minimum, after 7.0.1 for Mercury Playback Engine GPU support. GPUs with 768 MB VRAM or less, should not have been approved previously anyway. Not sure how the 6750M with 512MB VRAM got past those requirements in the first place.I recommend going with Software Only mode for the Mercury Playback Engine for now. You may want to look into getting a newer computer with a more modern GPU to get better performance in the future.
In the mean time, you can file a bug about your experience: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

January 9, 2014 at 11:16 pm in reply to: ADOBE CC Media pending forever in Premiere project[Mike Cohen] “is it true you can’t go back from CC to CS6 premiere projects?”
Hi Mike,
You can try exporting an XML from Premiere Pro CC to open up in Premiere Pro CS6. There is no Save As CS6 function in Premiere Pro CC. Not sure about changing anything in a text file, though. Thanks,

January 8, 2014 at 10:02 pm in reply to: ADOBE CC Media pending forever in Premiere projectHi Sergio,
In general, it is not a good idea to update your version of Premiere Pro between projects. FWIW, as a CC member, you do still have access to CS6. That said, have you updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro CC?Thanks,

[Ann Bens] “[Kent Beeson] ”
How to record VO’s in the timeline, while watching the timeline edit””Are you running the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC? If so, there is a new VO feature that is very easy to use. Just mark In to Out and click the Mic icon in the audio track and the countdown begins for the VO. If you don’t see the Mic icon, reset your workspace.
