I do believe my problem stems from a file size limitation, as when I import them, the clips all seem to be approx the same length and size. I looked at the Sony program mentioned and didn’t see any mention of my problem. I guess I could capture the last frame of a clip and the first frame of the next clip to fill the gap. Does anyone have any other alternative? Thanks in advance.

OK, it finally went through after doing the same thing I had always been doing.

I still would like any suggestions you might have about trying to get a response from Magix Zara product after 7 weeks with no response.

    Cheers

I now have 5 “come back to Magix, $10 off coupons! It seems they are sending them to me every 15 minutes or so. BTW, they won’t accept the coupon on an upgrade! TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!

I have now received the 4th e-mail asking me to return to my order and get $10 off coupon code…a code that when I tried to use it, I get the message it can’t be used on my upgrade order. It still wants over $700 for the upgrade. AND the phone # on the coupon immediately hangs up on me when I press 1 for sales information on Vegas products! WTF!!!

Just remember, Sony bought out Fast Electronics Video Machine and put it on a shelf. Oh yeah, their Espree system looked similar to Video Machine, but less capabilities and a higher price.

The key is higher price! I hope they don’t go down that road again and if they go to a subscription service they will have pissed off the wrong Irishman!

    Steve

No changes at all to the computer and no new programs or updates

What settings do you use with the Sony renders?

    Hi Steve
It has been an on again-off again problem for some time. But this time saving, closing restarting etc did not help. I have, in the past changed the Preview quality settings and seen adifference, but it may just be a coincidence!
