My only guess is maybe the settings are different somewhere. I tested the same clip and it’s night & day between 10e and 11 on these issues. I need to hit Douglas Spotted Eagle on the head and drag him over here and review my entire system. He lives only a few miles from here. This is why I always wait before using new updates. Seems right after they come out there is something just not right.

John, you’re welcome to poke your head under the hood of my computer.

This is my NLE computer so I don’t install much other than undates.

Yes. No problems with V10e. V11 just can’t do some of what I do everyday (yet).

If there was no limit in V10e, why would Sony impose one in V11? Makes no sense. To even get MP4 I have to go into the options and in the Systems tab change from M2TS to MP4.

This seems to be a game NLE software manufacture seem to to play with updates. I’ve seem it happen in Premiere as well.

After checking all the title generating options, the Titles & Text generator will NOT display all fonts correctly. I tested the font “Papryus LET” in all 4 options (Legacy Text, Titles & Text, ProType Titler and NewBlue Title Pro). It only fails in the Title & Text generator.

So Sony should fix the bug or drop this generator altogether.

Seems I now have Boris RED installed but it’s not showing up in Vegas Pro 10e. How do I get it to show up?

I called support and now they want me to send in provide proof of purchase before they can even help me.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it does launch but now says my serial # is invalid. And it’s the same number in my Boris online account which “they” can’t accept as me actually owning it.

In #7 “slide credits” just refers to single pages of text which I use Vegas all the time.

Can you provide some more detailed info for how you create your Excel lists for the various credit rolls? One column of “part/name” and two columns of the same. Or are these instructions in the Videotagger manual?

OK, I see it comes with a DVI to VGA adapter. That will support my current 2 VGA computer monitors. My plan is to replace one of the VGA monitors, which is use as my Vegas playback monitor, with an HD studio monitor. using the Q4000 card, will I get true real-time Vegas playback from the timeline? Or do I need something like a BlackMagic I/O for that? Plus the BM card will give me all my analog I/Os as well. What do you suggest?

Just noticed the Quadro 4000 is a signal output card. I need dual monitor output.
