I called support and now they want me to send in provide proof of purchase before they can even help me.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it does launch but now says my serial # is invalid. And it’s the same number in my Boris online account which “they” can’t accept as me actually owning it.

Does the latest RED update support Media100? M100 isn’t listed in the RED5.1.3 download options.

Yep … you need the 32 bit version of RED 5 though.

Seems I now have Boris RED installed but it’s not showing up in Vegas Pro 10e. How do I get it to show up?

It should show up after the installation … did you use the correct installer for that host? I ask because Vegas is offered in both 32 and 64 bit versions and you’ll need to use the corresponding RED 5 installer in order for the plugins to be seen by the host.
