Thank you so much. I kept changing the secret purge frame number until i got it to render the entire file. Your help is very much appreciated. Now i wont get fired! 😉

the footage is HDV. it is quicktime movie format. I’ve never had this problem before…

If you dont know of a way to fix it, could you tell me how to basically start over and create a new project so that I can avoid this issue im having?

Thanks for your quick response. Ive been working on the project for a while now and i have multiple layers….. is there a way to extend the timeline without having to start a new comp and lose all of my work?
