If i have different footage resolutions, how should i set up FCP
I have a bunch of different footage that I need edited together. I have this other posting in here that says that the rendering of my project is taking forever, and it keeps needing to be rerendered after waiting a while. I am pretty sure now that it is because I have lots of different footage types in my project. I have attached a pic of the footage I am working with.
I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to set up my FCP project so that I wont run into any problems editing all of this footage. thanks!

COnvert everything to the same codec and edit with that. DVCPRO HD or PRO RES…PRO RES if you have the space. Never edit with Animation, that is a cross platform “hand-off” codec, not really an editable one. Data rates too high.
