I calibrated both monitor by colormunki

But from the video 00:04 and 00:11,
you will see the sudden change of color of preview video,
I think this have nothing to do with the monitor settings/calibration?

I found a symptom for the problem projects:

I used a lot of warp stabilizer.

I countered this problem too and can’t find help…

Not a single button on the keyboard can stop the progress,
in that case, I can only force quit my after effects….

Yup,
on Num Pad,
and it really does render (see the bar turn green in the area)

I wonder if that’s because of anything about image cache??

I B and N, set area, press 0, the green bar shows it render the area,
and the area wouldn’t play, why is that?

Ok, I learnt the difference.
But sometimes I really need a quick way to just know what’s stuffs going on in 4-5 frames, frequently.

Just replying that I’ve found simply solution.

*used Adobe media encoder to transcode all R3D to 640×360 prores proxy, edit with Premiere, and link to R3D files when finish.

And I’ll then import to Aftereffect to apply effects/color correction.
That’s works for me~

about the drive,
does it make it different between raid or normal through FW800?

and is Ethernet drive a solution for a iMac?

I think i will go the Prores way.
I saw two software: RED Alert!, REDCINE-X,
is there any different to do the ingesting color correction?
