Preview renders entire comp – not just work area.
HI!,
When attempting to render a preview of a work area the entire comp renders. It takes up so much time and everything is laggy when the rest of the comp is still rendering. I only want a small area to be rendered, not the entire comp. How can I stop it from doing this?

I countered this problem too and can’t find help…
Not a single button on the keyboard can stop the progress,
in that case, I can only force quit my after effects…. -
So far I haven’t found a fix for this, but if I do I’ll let you know. At this point it this problem occurs indiscriminately. Sometimes it will do it and sometimes it behaves as it should.

I found a symptom for the problem projects:
I used a lot of warp stabilizer.
