I sent my friend an email but she hasn’t replied yet.

How can I go about fixing this in the meantime? Or will I not know until my friend replies?

When I pressed the 1 button this is what appeared:

And the video played fine when I pressed 2.

I had the K-Lite Codex pack installed. But I uninstalled it and restarted and nothing has changed. I’m still only getting the audio.

And my bad. I asked my friend just now and she says she has Vegas Pro 9, not 8.

I don’t seem to have that listed under Sony AVC.

What do I do once I choose those settings you’ve shown? (also, I don’t have MJPEG (lavc) )
