Use the first and the last layers’ positions and use percentages to blend the other layers’ positions between them.
Like if you have 10 layers, the third layer would be 30% of first layer’s position plus 70% of last layers. You can get it so it works based on indices.
Rather than trying to do this with one layer, I would think it easier to use a copy of the keyed layer set to combined matte and adjusting the opacity. Unless there’s a reason you don’t want to do it that way.

Like Michael said, you wouldn’t. But you could find a ready-made 3D model in .obj format that looked like the image you are trying to create, depending on what it is.
Depending on your font you could potentially fake the bold with a stroke. Then you could use the animator range to set the stroke width, tracking, scale and position, all in one line. And then set the range to start after the first (or last) space character in the line with an expression.
