Not a bug in 9.1.5. Just a quirk in custom hue curves behavior. Has been pointed out before. Also happens when you touch the soft clip.

I don’t think FCP7 can handle a 5K image. You could copy and paste into a 1080P sequence. Or just change sequence settings. But a better question is why in the world would you want to let fcps awful scaling anywhere near your image?

You are wrong. 😉Most of the debayering/decompression is done by the CPU. In other raw formats the GPU is able to help. But RED encrypts their r3d files which prevents this.

The application of LUTs is not a particularly taxing operation for a GFX card. I don’t think it’ll make a huge difference.
