You didn’t happen to slip the audio did you? ON your subclips if you view the Timecode is the Vtrack the same as A1 and A2? ALso, what does it say your duration is on these clips?

Can you take me back to your logging process? Are you recapturing or capturing for the first time and did you ever make those clips subclips. ALso more info on you system setup, QT, OS etc. Thanks. Hope I can help, I’ve been capturing a lot in 5.0.

Could you explain what your problems are? Do you have 3500 clips in one Timeline?

Can’t tell if it’s any of those issues since don’t know what your system is. If you could re-post with System Info, that would be great. A simple test is to see how many video layers you can playback without rendering then that should be the same you should be able ot playback in Multiclip mode. When you post your sytem info, include your RT settings, have you taken advantage of the new Dynamic setting?

Can you tell us what you’re media manager settings are, it’s gotta be something in those. I heard it was actually supposed to be better in 5.0 so maybe something’s different.

It’s under the process menu in the waveform editor. “Timestretch” I think that’s it, not in front of Soundtrack but know it’s Timestretch so could just search for that.
