Ah yes, that would be a problem.

Rendering it out and retiming was my next idea; I just didn’t know if you had the time to render it all or not. Glad you got it working.

There might be an easier workaround, and if you’ve got Expressions that are time-sensitive, this might F things up, but theoretically, you can select all your keyframes (Timeline, Key Mode, Automatic Mode “should” pop up all keyframes), and slide the end handle to the midpoint (1260/2 = 630). Then change your framerates all to 30.

This works in my head; though I’m not sure about actual application. And any expression/dynamics/etc stuff will likely screw up.

Can you attach/link the scene file?

    Glad to help.

To reiterate for perhaps someone else finding this, normally you don’t have to make your clone editable (or at least, I didn’t in my initial test), but the use of the effector (in this case, a random effector) doesn’t carry the effect over to Illustrator – so you have to make the Cloner editable to “bake in” the effector.

Are you wanting the sketch/toon outlines to be the lines? I don’t know if that can be done. I’m on Broadcast so no S/T for me to test. I think it only works with what your wireframe is, so you’ll see back ends of boxes, etc.

Anyhow, you’ll want to uncheck “render instances” on your cloner. Apparently, the random effector’s work doesn’t translate over to the DXF file, at least, not for lines in Illustrator. So make your cloner editable (get it how you like it first), and delete the sphere. This worked for me to get the lines into illustrator.

But as said, you get the wireframes of all the boxes; not the S/T lines. I don’t know how to get that over.

    Allen,

There’s a couple of forums for job postings where you might get a better response.

    Low/No Pay
    Regular Board

Anyhow, do you have contact info whereby someone could reach out? Your profile doesn’t have a way to contact you.

Have you tried Frontal Mapping, ensure your sphere is an editable object (not a primitive) aligning the camera/textre, and then Generating UVW coordinates?

Yeah, be careful with eBay purchases – can be some pirated versions on there. You could look to perhaps get the serial number and run it by Maxon?

Alternatively, have you tried just contacting Maxon directly? They’re usually very quick to respond and really nice, at least in my experiences.
