Then each time the user clicks on an audio file the screen will go black for a split second and then the new menu (with the same background) will appear, right? I guess there’s no other way.

I was just hoping to avoid the screen going black for that split second.

I don’t think I understand – do you mean Ctrl-C the layer, and then Ctrl-V it into a new layer? And keep doing that for all 10 PSD files?

That’s what I’ve been doing. I just thought there’d be an easier way.

Thanks everyone. I’ve only ever worked with QT and AVI. Nice to know a little something about WMV!

Found it! Perfect. Thanks again.

I just read online that wmv uses 640 x 480. Is this really true? So I shouldn’t export out at 720 x 480? I should instead export out at 640 x 480? (I want to use these wmv files in PowerPoint).

So it is okay to mix different PARs, as long as they’re interpreted correctly – I can drop my non-square PAR 720×480 QT movies into my square PAR 720×534 AE comp (the TIFFs & other files are all squared & 720×534 as well … only the QT is non-square & 720×480)?

Just clarifying.

My 3D software will only allow me to render 30fps.

Ultimately I want to render all of this to FCP. Should I leave it up to FCP to convert everything DV 720×480?
