Just FYI when you get too many C4ds in your AE project it can cause this error. Removing some helped.

Thanks for the reply. Whats odd is the 3d track of the subject produces good enough results for the 3d text but not for the background. I am doing them by hand which turns out not to be too bad. I just can’t figure out why the 3d works for the text but not the plate…..

Hmmmm well i slapped a composting tag on it and turned of the AO and that fixed it.
Still not sure why…….but hey onwards and forwards!
