That doesn’t seem possible. Everything is correct but it shouldn’t be. The video should be 1920×1080 squeezed. Are you sure that you used 16:9 1080p in FilmicPro and not 2.35:1? There is no way that the footage would have come out correctly like it did unless Filmic Pro or Vegas Pro knew about the anamorphic lens (which they couldn’t have). But magically, MediaInfo is reporting the footage correctly having more resolution that it should. 2554×1080 PAR 1.0 is 1920×1080 PAR 1.33.
I too am interested in learning more about this setup.

This is the right way to solve it. G-Spot will not only tell you what codec the file uses but it will also tell you if it’s installed. MediaInfo will just tell you what codec the file needs. Then go find that codec and install it. If you are using the 64-bit version of Vegas Pro you will also need the 64-bit version of that codec.

Yes, well… it’s upside down and only part of the screen but I can see the mask. It would be much better if you took a computer screen shot of your entire display instead of a photograph. It’s important to see the event and timeline and complete pan/crop window so that we can see what options you are using. It could be as simple as you having Mask unchecked but we can’t see that part of the window.
The PrintScreen (PrtScr) key will take screen capture and then you can paste it into the Paint program and save it as a JPG and post it here.

It would help if you explained in detail what you have already done and what did not work. Right now all we now is that it didn’t work. We don’t know what is not working. Does the mask not show up? Is it not moving? Is it not following the motion? Posting some screen shots and even a video would be most helpful.

Actually all he needs to do is what Graham has already suggested but he didn’t understand. Change the row type from Header to 2 Column and you’re done. No need for any other tools. Adam was using the header type to make two column text which is impossible to line up. Use the appropriate row type and everything will line up as expected. It was clearly shown in the video that Graham linked. You can even paste from a WordPad document. Just use a TAB between the columns and Vegas Pro will line them up for you.

It didn’t say anything about needed to verify after activation. I agree that would be a huge deal-breaker.
It only said that you would need to activate and deactivate to use more than one PC. I have plug-ins that require activation but then they work without an internet connection after that so hopefully that is what they are planning but the limit of 1 PC is still extreme, IMHO.

I don’t believe this pertains for Vegas Pro 13. That ws a Sony product that you purchased under the Sony EULA and MAGIX has agreed to honor it. Sony has no notion of “deactivation” so it would be impossible for this to apply to Sony products.
It sounds like starting with MAGIX Vegas Pro 14, there is now a license key and an Activation and Deactivation that will only allow one computer to use the software at a time. This could be a deal breaker for many people with a laptop and desktop.

WOW, that is outrageous! Even Adobe (the evil empire) lets you install CC on two computers at once. Almost every editor I know has a laptop and a desktop. What is MAGIX thinking?
Makes me happy I moved to the Mac. I have Apple Final Cut Pro X installed on all 4 of my Macs and Apple doesn’t expect me to pay a penny extra. 😉

Yes, you can buy an additional PSU and run 2 of them. Unless, of course, you already have a drive in your bottom bay. I was referring to keeping everything stock but you seem to have a handle on it. I’ve never seen splitter cables but I would not attempt to use them especially if you already have 4 hard drives as that would be pushing the PSU beyond it’s capacity.
