If you don’t have the original project file, DaVinci Resolve Lite can cut up the master clip into individual shots. It has a very advanced shot change detector. You can then send the sequence to Premiere via AAF file.

What a tease! I was really hoping there were tutorials on their flatbed editors…which has the distinction of being what I did my first ever edit on.

“There is a “+” icon to expand it and see the other source tracks; but when I do that it automatically adds more audio tracks to my sequence. Is there a way to disable all source audio tracks with a single keystroke combo, which doesn’t also add more audio tracks to the timeline?“

    Nope. And its a pain.

  • X to CC claims to work with FCPX multicam clips but does collapse them to regular clips with the active angle only. That’s better than an unusable nest. Its not horrifically expensive.

Definitely check what Dave said… the frame rate should be set to 23.976, not the shorthand 23.98.

There shouldn’t be any motion artifacts. Its playing each frame at the new frame rate with no interpolation.
Something isn’t right with the footage or the sequence settings…or, if you have Kona or Blackmagic card, that may be set improperly.

You need to create your own preset in Adobe Media Encoder. Duplicate the existing Match Source ProRes 422 preset and change it to HQ.

if you don’t care about sound sync, right click on it and select Modify/Interpret footage. Change the frame rate to 23.98 to match the project.

Strange problem. Try deleting the media cache and letting it rebuild.

Nest the graphic and the text together and apply 3D Warp to the nest.

    Select the clips. Make Offline.
Then Link Media to the new Quicktimes.

If your new Quicktimes have a different audio configuration than the original media, you might have an issue…but other than that, its pretty simple.
