Very many thanks, sir. Here’s my dilemma. I need to save the last frame of a Motion movie and then get it into Final Cut Pro, looking identical, to serve as the background therein. Any suggestions will be warmly welcomed, and gratefully received.

Many thanks, Tony. I’m not sure what this means: “I shared it out of X as current.” Please explain. BTW, I’ve been getting the QuickTime error -50 over and over lately, with big projects and much smaller ones alike. It’s enough to put one off FCPX.

Is there no way to save a .mov file in FCPX that YouTube will accept? Why are .m4v files generated by FCPX so much larger than those from FCP7? Is there a way to make them more compact? And what of the incomprehensible error messages I keep getting?

Many, many thanks, Craig. I’ve surmised that I need to put these in my Motion Templates folder. My question is: Do I put the whole folder in, for instance, Transitions?
