Thanks a million David! That totally makes sense! Now I just need to figure out how to apply Motion Tracking to the mask that I made (used the pen tool to trace the logo area).

I’m having the same problem! I’m using a Samsung LCD HDTV connected to my G5 via a DVI/HDMI cable. I have it set to Digital Cinema Desktop Prview-Full Screen and then hit “apple F12” for ALL FRAMES. All I get is a still of the frame I hit play on and a still of the frame that I stop on.

Now it is even doing it when I turn the LCD tv off and just use the HD Apple Cinema Display monitor.

What I figured out was to create an HD sequence (1280 x 1080) (16:9), paste the SD sequence into it and while everything was selected, right click and “remove attributes”: basic motion and distort. I then had to change my pixel aspect ratio to HD (1280 x 1080), and everything automatically corrected itself! I was so happy!
