If the video has been edited, and you want to sync recorded music to it, export the video edit from FCP and import it to Logic. Then, as you playback the video, record music to it. This is not easy. Easier if you sync with Midi. Maybe you can add a click track in Logic to guide you along. But, if you have already recorded the music to be synced, then you have to cut up those tracks into bits and manually position them to match the video. This can be tedious as + or – 1 frame can make a difference. I’m not completely clear about what you want to do, but in the future it might make sense to have a click track played during the video shoot so whatever actions you take are “in time.”
