I’ve never seen one. Make the scoreboard (or hire a graphics designer) template. It’s easy to change colors in Photoshop, AfterFX or Motion. You could leave the score areas blank and fill them in over the template with Title 3D in FCP.

If you can’t get the Flash fla file, you can play the swf on your mac and capture that. Most likely you can size up the playback. Eltima has an excellent swf player that’s free. They also have some very helpful apps. One of them will extract a fla from a swf if that’s all you have and you want to modify the fla.
