Try compressor DVD setting fastest encode for 150 min video, then import into DVDSP. If the file is down to about 8 gigs, you can do a dual layer dvd burn-or- build the Video TS folder in DVDSP, then use Toast Titanium to over compress to single layer dvd…but this might get a bit crunchy.

Pretty sure the Matrox RT-Mac card only works under OS9 up to FCP 4, so its not so good if you want to upgrade to osx or a newer version of fcp.

Figured it out. There was a 16×9 filler matte on the top level of video which was making title tool behave badly.
