I’ve cut an offline project in composer, decomposed the sequence, and recaptured at a higher res for online on a different system(Adrenaline). My problem is though that none of my stills and movie files will relink-Avid just won’t find them even though I have all the original hi-res files. I point it to the right drive, or even search all available drives but nothing is found. Any suggestions?

Thanks Scott, not sure if I fully understand that, but I’ll give it a try.

Select your sequence and select “Batch import” from one of the pulldown menus. (Not sure which one, it is automatic to me.)

Then select “offline clips” (which is the default). Then you will get a dialog box showing the clips needed to import. You can select the clips and point them to the original files. If you have all the original file sin one place, and you select all of the clips, once you point the first one the rest will link up automatically. Now just set your media drive and resolution and away you go.
