If you are trying to make a vignette, check the Inverted box in the mask filter.

Try the Gamma Correction filter in the Image Control folder under Video Effects. Try a setting of 12 to restore the look of your stills.

Go to File Export. In the Export Settings window click on the folder with an arrow that is Import Preset. Then point to the files you downloaded.

The paragraph is formed by the text wrap feature of the program and the constraints of the text box. AE doesn’t have that feature for text. You need to add a paragraph/return at the end of each line in the original program, then copy and paste.

Try the Tint effect.
You can set the Map Black To and the Map White To specific RGB numbers. It might work best to make one a little lighter and one a little darker. Then adjust the Amount To Tint to 50%-60%.Joe

You can select for the Export Frame (snapshot) to export as a TIFF file. The is uncompressed and should work well for print.

In the Preferences/Audio check the “Play audio while scrubbing” box. It works in CC2014 when the tracks are solo.

Look in your Sequence Settings. Check the box that is “Composite in Linear Color” at the bottom of the panel. When this is off it sometimes does strange things to effects and transistions.

I don’t know if Premiere’s Scene Detection would work for your situation, but it may be a start.

We use Screen Light too. It has been great! It is very easy for everyone to use. Their tech support is very responsive and open to improvement suggestions. During heavy production times, we scale up our account to handle bigger, more finished files. During slow times, we take it down to the minimum and use lower res files for the producers to review.
