For the Alpha Channel, us the Animation Codec and set the bit depth to 32.

What video frame rate are you capturing? Try 24fps or 18fps on your camera.

Setups like that use a Matrix Controller to distribute sections of your video to the various screens. Usually it is not up to the editor to create 19 synced videos. You might want to check into what they are using to send the video to the monitor wall. The find the manufacture of the device and find out all its features and functions.

I have never seen MTS files change like you say. If they looked OK before they should be fine now. It seems if any information was omitted they would not play at all. I hope someone has an answer, I’m curious.

You should be able to do all you need with the Three-Way Color Corrector in Premiere. Adjust the Input Levels sliders in a bit to give your video some pop and punch. Bring up the saturation, once they look normal then bump it up a bit. For a little extra charm for your corporate clients, use Magic Bullets Looks. It has a Cosmo filter that makes skin look very pleasing and that makes for happy clients. Plus, Magic Bullet Looks is much more user friendly for the non-colorist to add some nice touches.

It looks like their camera settings where way out of whack. Nothing to do with the MTS file itself.

Here is what I could do on your samples with a quick fix using the Broadcast Colors effect and the 3 Way Color Corrector in Premiere. I hope this can give you a starting point for restoration.
