Is it broadcast safe? Make sure the RGB values are within 16-235, or drop a Broadcast Safe video filter on it..

DV is 720×480 whereas D1 is 720×486. That’s one difference between them.
Why are you not using the DV settings to output?
Does your field dominance match (lower field dominant for NTSC-DV)?
Is the frame rate identical (29.97) for the export?
