Ok, cool. Thank you Shane! For some reason I was under the impression that putting 23.976 in 29.97 sequences looked crappy but now that you point it out i guess you’re right! Thanks!

I should add that I’m on Premiere CC 2014/AE CC 2014, Windows 7!

Did you ever solve this?

I’m experiencing the same thing, except with Canon DSLR footage, which I’ve worked with a million times before and never had this issue…

I’m having the same problem. It’s really annoying. Resolve 10 lite.

Ever figure out a solution aside from starting over on that clip?

Yeah I’m having this same issue, except mine is a super low-res video element in the scene. We seem to be the only two people across the web experiencing this issue.. I’d love to hear if you or anyone has been able to figure it out. I assume it’s something pretty simple, as is usually the case with after effects..
