I did the same move with no problems. But i only did a move down.

It looks like you have keyframes other than y.

Maybe you have some phantom keyframes.

And i am in show both fields in the program.

When i switch to display first field all looks good.

Did you find the solution?

Right now i am editing football footage that is 29.98 upper field.

When i step forward or backward in source the i see the individual fields, then when i stop 2 seconds later the 2 fields resolve and i get a normal image.

This sounds sort of like what you are experiencing.

In your program monitor are you set to full resolution in playback?

There is a setting for playback and another for still.

It’s the wrench icon.
