See the bottom header “Other New Software & Compatibility Updates”, 4th line down. That doesn’t mean it works with the current firmware, but that it was supported at some point.

Should this theoretically be possible? I have read that this controller DOES indeed work with the Hyperdeck, my bigger concern is will there be an issue splitting the RS-422 signal to 2 decks?

Buying, but I would like for it to be rackmountable, and give me a few other options like colorbars, etc.

Do you have any recommendations on tri-level sync generators?

    Seth,

Does the EX3 accept SD analog for the genlock input or do I need an HD-SDI signal to genlock, or what? I’ll be using a blackburst generator and I need to know what kind to get based on what I need to genlock the cameras. Thanks.

Sorry not really understanding what you’re saying….I’m guessing you’re saying I need HD-SDI cable (digital video coax) for both the genlock input and Timecode input on the EX3, and that standard analog coax won’t work. Not understanding what you mean by “Genlock – DA – TC – (Loop EX3 to EX3, EX3)”.

My Delta 1010 does have a Worldclock In. My video source is a non-genlocked composite video signal. I guess I would need a device to sync the non-genlocked video to the master clock. Any idea what this might be? And then I’d also need a Master Clock.

I’m also guessing there are settings in Vegas to capture with embedded timecodes, or do I need a special device to do this?
