Yes you can. You have to drop it in several places though, including thumbnails. However I learned a shortcut. Isolate your DVDA work from your other renders by making a special folder for your DVD. For the sake of brevity I’ll call it C:Weekly-dvd. Then put a copy of your video in it and name it weekly-show.mpg. Make you template DVD project and save all the DVDA project files to this same place.
Next week before opening your project again make a copy of week 2’s mpg and put it in the same folder renaming it weekly-show.mpg. The only problem is the length of the show. You must make sure your out-point on the video is stretched to the end. If week 2 is longer than week 1 the template may remember the length from the previous and not include the whole thing.
