There are many available online, but I don’t know where to direct you at the moment. I will work on an example to illustrate how it is done. When I get a break.

Yes, they are using a color-motion graphic. Put it on the track above, semitransparent.

They are correct in both VLC and Media Player… Maybe get a third program to verify it is synchronized. If it all checks out it’s time to check the Mac.

Yes you can. You have to drop it in several places though, including thumbnails. However I learned a shortcut. Isolate your DVDA work from your other renders by making a special folder for your DVD. For the sake of brevity I’ll call it C:Weekly-dvd. Then put a copy of your video in it and name it weekly-show.mpg. Make you template DVD project and save all the DVDA project files to this same place.

Next week before opening your project again make a copy of week 2’s mpg and put it in the same folder renaming it weekly-show.mpg. The only problem is the length of the show. You must make sure your out-point on the video is stretched to the end. If week 2 is longer than week 1 the template may remember the length from the previous and not include the whole thing.

Sony media manager can do this. It is a separate download. I haven’t used it in a year or so but it worked in version 10. I think it only works within Vegas. I don’t remember.

I know you don’t want to hear this… I applied the update on my test machine (GTX-460) and everything works well. If there are no problems with this update I will apply it to my production machine in about 3-4 weeks.

It looks as though you could really use that reformat!
