That is 100% the issue…even with CC2017….you save me here, so thank you. there were just two frames from a clip above that were preventing it from analyzing. Jeff

Thank you for confirming what I thought and that’s exactly what the filmmaker did that I was referring to. He realized he need more money after production and then added PayPal links on his website. thanks again. Jeff

Thanks…concern was that people would go to the website and the IGG would look “dead” even though I’m getting contributions from the site.

Hi, since CS6, I’m getting the same thing but in MPEG2 export. It only happens on dissolves. In encore I can go frame by frame and one frame is doubled every few dissolves…never in any other effect. Two computers. Same issue. HDV 1440x1080I to 720×480 upper field. Very frustrating.

Thank you Rich, those settings are exactly what I needed. I’m also running PPT in 1280×720, even though it says “slowest performance, best quality”. Funny you mention Keynote, I originally was going to do the presentation on my Ipad using Keynote, but wasn’t happy with the output on my LCD monitor using Component cables. It’s a nice app, it’s just easier to navigate and put together a large presentation using a desktop. Thanks again. Jeff

I agree 100%, which is why I went down there last week. The Surgical manager is very accommodating, he’s even going to have the scope manufacturer on premises when I set up to make the scope feed into my deck is working correctly. Communication is key. Thanks.

Thank you Mark…as always, you are full of great ideas. I thought of the RF and will bring a wired lav as well. There isbso much equipment for this procedure, I didn’t want wires adding to the chaos. Funny about the medical tape…do I tape it to her ear? This video has two purposes, one to document the procedure and for a marketing video I’m doing for them, to showcase their skill and technology. I’m not that experienced with shot gun mics, even though I have a middle of the road Sennheiser. I’m going to set up the day before, so hopefully I can test the wireless. Thank you again, you’re the MVP of the COW in my book.

In post using Premiere on PC with Matrox card. I guess I could capture using component into an Hdv project and then it should be compatible. Jeff

Great suggestion Terry, but I’m shooting HDV and probably recording to a laptop using On-location. I’ll be situated whet I can film both monitors…you just gave me an idea though, if I did record the actual scope, I could do PIP. I have a Sony DVCam deck, but DV is lower field and HDV upper…am I asking for trouble? Thank you Terry
