Thanks for the reply, yes they will have a mask on. I scoped it out today and the light is not going to be directly above her. I was also concerned about the mic rubbing against the gown if I place it underneath it. How about on the inside of her scrubs, or would it be too muffled? I’ll have a few minutes to experiment, but wanted some suggestions first. Thanks.

I believe it’s a 30 day trial, there was a great review of the latest version in Event DV I think.

Sorry for the slight off topic reply, but I just posted a question about surgical procedures and forgot to mention that I’ll be shooting in HDV and with an EZFX Junior Jib. Same procedure, sinuses Any suggestions or a link to view Greg’s videos? Thanks

Thanks, I guess I meant FLV as opposed to SWF…but then realized that H.264 is the better choice. Next question is how to find the right bitrate, but I’ve taken up enough of your time today and I’ll do a search in this forum later on.

Thank you for that Daniel, that was an excellent explanation. I use Sorenson Squeeze 5 and not happy with the players they include, could I use the JW Pro player for the clients website? Also I’m assuming I need to go FLV due to the length or I guess H.264? If there is a way, would I be better off breaking the video into logical segments? Thanks again.

Thanks…so you could put a 30 minute video in HQ/HD on a regular webserver and it will play back OK? Then why are their companies like Wistia, Playstream and iPlayerHD? I thought you needed them to guarantee smooth playback…guess not. would something like this work:

My neighbor has a car service and he pays almost $500 a month. I used to have a 1/4 page ad that was a few hundred a month when I shot weddings. I’m glad you agree with taking the money and putting into SEO/Google. Thanks.

Hi Bob, I agree with all you wrote, so true about the Plumber, Electrician, Locksmith type of work. I asked a few friends and they said they never reach for the phone book, they Google, even locally.
Stephen, The YP ad I use is only $125 a month, but I’d rather put that money into Google Adwords. If even one person in the past three years of any value called me due to the YP, I wouldn’t even consider not renewing.
Steve, thanks for you conveying your experiences with Yellow Page advertising, I appreciate it.
Nick, Just saw your post as I was typing this and I agree with you and that also goes along with what my friends told me. Also, as I get older, I find it hard to read the phone numbers in the phone book and its just not worth getting the dollar store reading glasses out for that. 🙂 Thanks everyone. Jeff

Do you think it’s too high? there were times when I had to pause it for the buffer to catch up and I have a very high speed connection. When I do a bandwidth test it says “unbelievable”. Thanks. I have an MPEG2 question, but I’ll start a new thread in case it helps someone else.
