Tool to see what a SWF/FLV was Encoded at?
Hi, I’m shooting a video next week for DVD as well as online delivery of medical equipment. The client showed me a site of his competition to get an idea of what he wants and I was very impressed with the encoding of the SWF or FLV…is there a way to find out what KBS it was encoded at? Here is the link: https://www.myrenasys.com/customer-support/educational-support click on the bottom player and then go to Ranasys EZ and the player should open. I’m also shooting on black. I use Sorenson Squeeze. Thanks for any help with this.

Thanks Daniel, that’s pretty high isn’t it? I’m shooting in HDV and hoping I can give them the same quality. Is there a tool for knowing or just an educated guess?

Yes, that is pretty high. I just monitored my bandwidth as it was playing.

Do you think it’s too high? there were times when I had to pause it for the buffer to catch up and I have a very high speed connection. When I do a bandwidth test it says “unbelievable”. Thanks. I have an MPEG2 question, but I’ll start a new thread in case it helps someone else.
