No – there’s not any way to do what you want inside of FCPX.
if you can export the project to Resolve, you can use Resolve’s media management to achieve what you’re after, and (probably) round trip the project back.

either multiply the height by 2.76 or divide the width by 2.76, whichever number you have. So in this case it’s 3840/2.76 = 1391. Probably rounded to 1392 because screen sizes tend to be even numbers.

Magic Bullet from Red Giant is probably the plugin with presets that borrow the most from existing film looks. Other than that, just grab a still from whichever movie you want as reference and use something like Color Finale or Resolve to dial it in.

I’d argue that 90% of FCPX users don’t need more than I described and Apple have a tendency to leave that last 10% to other apps.

And if that level of sophistication is needed it’s more likely going to be mixed a real DAW rather than an NLE. What I’d hate to see happen is FCPX try to become all things to all people. It’s strength is its simplicity.
