  • If it’s windows then try CTRL+ALT+Del to pull up the control window… then try to select AE then click on switch to. it’s pulled it back onto my screen for me.

    not sure what the mac equilivent is.

    If it’s a true animation (and not footage) it sounds to me like you’d have to move the keyframe down and tweek the velocity as you put it.

    the other guru’s may have a better way of doing it.

    You could use a circle Mask to cut out the top and bottom of the clip to match the cylinder. Maybe you can also play with Buldge to get a little distortion as with the cylinder.

    to make the crystals grow like that…. the easiest thing to me would be to have the full screen of the crystals made.
    perhaps in overlapping layers and then use masks to reveal the layers ( Maybe a circlemask getting bigger) That should
    imitate the crystals growing.

    As far as I know there’s no way to see your media (except for the outline box) unless it’s within the “visible area”
