You could precomp the text layers and then try a script like True Comp Duplicator. The script only increments comps, so you’d have to precomp your text if you want incremented text layers. That doesn’t seem to solve the problem of accessing the text data on the new layers in the new comps. Maybe contact the author of the script and see if he can’t tweak it to address your problem.

You could convert your vectors to shape layers too and use the Repeater. There’s a cool script for arranging layers in a grid, circle, or even spiral with expression control called Gridder, found here – https://aescripts.com/gridder/

haha, the problem is usually the other way around for most people. Most people have trouble getting AE to eat up all the CPUs on render.

James is correct. You can, however, copy multiple keyframes on one layer and copy those to another layer. I know, it doesn’t help, but what you’re trying to do isn’t a feature yet. https://www.adobe.com/go/wish

I installed this recently. I can’t remember what loopholes I went through to install it or if it was easy (short term selective memory issues), but I know it’s not in the Script UI Panels folder. I have it in the Scripts folder. Sorry I can’t be of more help at the moment. Animators get no sleep and it’s still morning.

Still stutters backward when it hits the second keyframe. No matter what I do to the values on the first or second keyframe, when it get to the second one, it keeps bouncing backward.

Yeah, same here – with amortype that is. I was just hoping this might be a bit of a faster solution for rendering. I precomp with amortype as well, but it still takes eons to render.

It seems to occur when the Amount percentage reaches 0 no matter what I change in the expression parameters. It was doing this with the default values as well.
