    ok i tired that, but i get two lines running down the middle.

    ahh…problem. was not looking forward to the round bottom. The appearance is like you’re a slice from a loaf of bread.

    ok. never tried it that way. i realize that, for this to work, i’ll have to draw the spline on the XY axis.

    I’m not really set into the “tube” option, but I figured that was the closest idea that I could have gotten. See, my boss wanted to get a teardrop arrayed radially in 7 parts; each part to be hollowed out.

    You got an alternative way to getting a hollowed out teardrop?

    ps: another option for me was to take a teardrop pick, get a path out of it using illustrator. From there…ummm……
