Don’t have enough info in that screenshot to explain it, but I’d follow to see what file attributes are on the file it doesn’t like….
Compare file attributes with Project Settings….
I once encountered a file that didn’t import correctly in Encore…. I transcoded it to a different format Encore would use, and problem went away….
Using CS6 here… All bets are off on CS5.5 and before…. -

November 6, 2019 at 8:45 am in reply to: Import only Chapter Markers from Premiere Pro into Encore 5.1I’m on different versions, PPRO CS6 and Encore 6, but I, too have encountered chapter stops on exports from Premiere not being correctly seen in Encore….
BUT… Due to RGB vs. YUV Colorspace Issues, I never export from PPRO directly to Encore any more…. as that forces RGB Colorspace…. And I insist on using YUV Colorspace…. So I’m now rendering from Premiere in DVD & BR formats in YUV colorspace via AME. -

I can share some not to recent issues… ( I’m on a PC)
I used to write directly to a DVD or BR….
A couple years ago, both my licenses began to burp on direct writes, and the DVD/R or BR/R would fail, and then not be usable…. Grab another blank and try again! Same Result…
I got around the issue by writing an ISO file of DVD or BR… That got around the problem….Except…. If you use BD-RE media, there is nothing in the program that allows you to save an ISO in a BD-RE format… and Writing directly to BD-RE media (That used to work years ago), no longer works…. I used to use BD-RE media for test writes…. That I could erase and re-use… Was Great for quick tests without the expense…. This was back when BR media was more expensive than it is now…
As mentioned, direct writing to DISC used to work for all supported media, but now doesn’t….
This negates using BD-RE media, as Rendering to a DVD or BR ISO file is only applicable for a DVD/R or BR/R media…
However, after writing to an ISO file, I’ve NOT encountered any higher amount of glitches in the rendered ISO files…..
P.S.: When burning from ISO, I always select Verfiy the recording…

September 30, 2019 at 11:56 am in reply to: Can’t Build BD with Music on Menus. Builds fine in SD DVD with music on MenusI have encountered Menu issues that didn’t make any sense…. as to the cause or error message.
The work around is to Re-Build the Menu from Scratch….
Don’t know why…. but that’s the solution….

I can’t seem to contact you directly from this site…
See if you can contact me…. and I’ll offer a suggestion….

Did they ever send the link to ISO file to you, Jeff?
I’m interested in your comments… -
I contacted the site here to forward a message to you regarding the ISO file, Jeff….
Did it get forwarded to you?

So I tried less resolution in the export from PPRO to Encore. Now plays in Encore. However, whereas all the other test patters still look great…. Moving Zone Plate shows some degradation…..
I’m using MZP to set (or in most cases, disable) the MPEG Processing (Filters, Noise Reduction) as the image degrades with those settings ‘on’. MZP shows these artifacts easily….
Though I captured at high bandwidth, exported out of PPRO as High Bandwidth as possible, and Used highest bandwidth in Encore….. The signal isn’t as good as a TSG, but the one time I tested the BR compared to TSG into HDSDI to HDMI Converter, into a Broadcast Monitor and Consumer TV, the results were ‘close enough’ that the observed artifacts were useful in seeing a difference between Processing in set On vs. Off…
Moving Zone Plate shows these artifacts…. Zone Plate doesn’t… I’ve one other signal that approaches this….One called MPEGKILLER, but the one time I had access to this signal I didn’t set the capture Bandwidth has high as I did for MZP, and never got to compare it on a Broadcast and Consumer Display as I did MZP, and so, though it’s interesting to look at, I’m not trusting it as much as I do MZP….

One of the test pattern on the disc is Moving Zone Plate…. I increased the Mbps in the export to preserve as much as possible of this pattern to the BR Disc….
I forgot exactly what format and Mbps I used on the capture way back when, but it was High…. Once MZP capture was optimized, then all the test signals were captured the same way…..
Using MZP for setting (or in most cases, De-Selecting) MPEG Processing in BR/DVD/TV’s…. by looking at the amount of artifacts in the BR Playback… through the BR player, to TV Display…
The ‘modified’ SMPTE 219 Bars I use have a 2nd white box (at 254) covering some of the White Box in SMPTE 219… This allows for an instant doublecheck to verify that RGB Colorspace is NOT Selected in the playback path….
If you see 2 different levels of white boxes—-You are set for 01-254 playback!
