Somehow I don’t understand why that should be…..

By that I mean, what would you use the Auto Contrast, or Auto Levels on, audio??? :)!
    Anyway the proc controls worked.

Looks like this thread should be re-named to:

Well, it kept finding places where it would mistake a dark scene for black… Eventually gave up on Auto Contrast….

    Auto Levels same thing….

Trying Proc controls now. That seems to work…

    Oh Well!!!

September 27, 2007 at 6:05 pm in reply to: PPro CS3 Export to DVD now Encore only?

    Look here: File/Export/Export to Encore

You’ll have two choices: Export With and Without Menus..

If you’re just wanting to create a DVD without menus, you’ll never believe how easy it is to create a DVD!

Even with menus, Encore is fairly easy to learn.

(I say it is easy, but my Wife would have preferred a ‘wizzard’ to help her along with DVD with menus!)

Tim…. Are you talking about fading a clip in and out at the title beginning and ends?
I’m wanting to have the roll not be visable at bottom and top of each frame. Won’t Opacity do entire frame?

Just for grins…. What is the electrical difference between the “F” and the “H” versions of the camera?

I’d love to see what settings you end up with on matrix settings. I was looking for an overall chroma boost in our “F” model, and it looked to be a combination of about 26 settings each at same setting… Or did I miss something obvious?

By compressed format, are you saying HDV?

I’m trying to determine (without seeing or testing the hardware) what it does….

So I’m correct that the compressed format is HDV, right?

Thanks for the quick and through answer Kristian!

Want to verify one thing just to be certain:

I creat a 1080i 59.94 or 720p 59.94 session, and capture via the HDMI cable from the camera, and with the captured files will be ~14mb/Sec which PPRO will use in an un-compressed 720p or 5080i session, not HDV, Right?

    (Darn Panasonic for removing Firewire!)

August 18, 2007 at 3:20 pm in reply to: Intensity Pro (HDMI Capture) with Premiere Pro CS3 ?

I was posting here because I wanted PPRO users to comment on what their experiences with the unit were. Seeing that no one I can go see has this card, I’m trying to make an educated decision. Hard to make a decision when you can’t get information.

Is no-one using Intensity Pro with PPRO CS3?

I’m looking for real-world information regarding interaction with PPRO Capture, output, etc., and file compatability.

    Please
