Sorry Ron, didn’t mean to offend you. I paid for Boris software and on their website they sent me to your forum because for some reason they don’t have their own. I also paid for a subscription to your print magazine because I believe in supporting folk’s hard work even though I could read it online. I also fast forward through commercials when I DVR TV shows.

No ads on my browser – that would be thanks to Adblock Plus. As I mentioned in an earlier reply, if I turn Adblock off, the player appears. I’ve had this happen on other sites like local news websites where their videos look like ads to adblock and won’t display. I just never made the connection.

Hmm, not sure how to check on javascript…though I do have a Java Platform SE 6 U29 6.0.290.11 plugin running.

I’m using FF V 10.0.2
The problem occurs on all of the videos that are hosted on this site.
I just get a still image where the player should be.The problem appears to be with Adblock Plus. When I disable that add-on the video player appears.

How about sharing the release notes for BCC8 for Vegas. If you’re so close to a release, you must have this near ready as well? Maybe that will calm the folks. BTW, how did you make out on Optical Stabilization? Will it be included as promised?

In Vegas you can add time code to the corner of your video and render a version for them as a reference file. It may not be the cheapest but this is a vegas forum. 🙂

Assuming you recorded the audio when he sang to the boom box, load the video with its audio track, then load the studio track below the video’s audio track and simply line up the waveforms. Look for significant drum hits or something that stands out. If they are indeed the exact same audio files you may just be able to line the up beginning to end. If you have some drift towards the end, due to speed differences, you may be able to get away with doing a control drag to shorten or lengthen the audio track to match.

You cannot do this in Vegas without a tracking plug in. Boris Continuum Complete has such a plug in which you can also purchase separately.
