I use FMLE and Wirecast on PC. I can get all my sources recognised in Wirecast ie Cameras and external players like ipod/HDMI cam/Fibre Optic via Blackmagic card. When I go to FMLE these inputs are not recognised. I have had them all working before.
I have 3 blackmagic cards installed. 2 Decklinks and one Fibre Optic. I use an HDlink to monitor inputs and that is fine. All devices are being converted to SDI.

Does anyone know what the diagram on the back of the mini converter box means? I have SDI to Analog box but no idea what to do with the mini switches. I look at that diagram and my brain starts to switch off. It’s like there are three diagrams in one. For example I look at the first bit no. 8 Analog Aud/AESEBU Aud. So what can I do with that? There are extension illustrations on the 2-4 Audio set up but what on earth should I be flicking up and down to achieve exactly what? There is no documentation to explain and it would be nice to make some sense of this to get the most of the box….

I think it best to hold on with the Ultra Studio Pro. The device only works with a select few motherboards.

I am having similar problems with Decklink Studio card. I have so far not got it to capture anything. Pretty sure it’s installed right but will not take .avi .mov. Really driving me nuts.

I’m on Win 7 with 7gig ram. That should work right?

Thanks for update Tim, I was going to invest in that Dell comp but will wait. I have now tried 5 different usb 3.0 cards but I think the problem is my motherboard. Blackmagic do say what motherboards they have verified. I can’t even tell what motherboard I have so I’m gonna sideline this kit(UltraStudio Pro)until I update my comp.
