    Dear Vishesh,

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this for me. Very kind of you.

I finally figured out how to do it from the other forum. As mentioned… John answered.

I guess if you want it in an elliptical path you just have to keyframe each item one at a time, into the elliptical shape?

    What do you think?

Thanks so much both of you soooooo much….

    You guys are great.
    Warmly,
    Hope

    Hi John…

Ok, got the AE 10 project…and got mine to work, based on it…thank you so much.

I guess if one wants to do something like this in an elliptical path, then either one has to make the circle version first, then pre-comp it, and scale it to an elliptical in the new comp.

To anyone else trying this….seems one has to have the CTI on the first rotation keyframe to get it to work.

    OR

just have to hand keyframe each item to go in the elliptic?
    Is this right?

    THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!

    Warmly,
    Hope

Hi again…just realized after trying this brilliant suggestion, that want we want, it is to actually rotate them not in an exact circle, but in an elliptical shape.

    What do you think?

    Warmly,

Michael, thank you for answering here….very sweet of you…

You guys are all so knowledgeable…..so appreciate you all joining in.

Well, just checked to see if any anamorphic settings were there in the AE Comp, or the AE Output, or Render Settings….I dont see a thing…..I wish I could figure out what it was….

The fcp, as you have figured out, is definitely reading that, but I dont know how or where to shut that off in the source clip / media….meaning the outputted AE Photo Jpeg movie.

Thank you again for helping me think about this.
    Warmly,
    Hope
