Good try but ‘fraid not.
What I’m looking for is a standard call-out in Camtasia, or the Wheel animation in PowerPoint. I’m surprised it’s not all that obvious in Vegas Pro.
You’ll see on the second part the Wipe seems to be going round with the CENTRE in the centre of the screen (it wipes from left to right, not round the circle). I want it to go round with the centre of the circle as the centre of the wipe.
I see what you mean.
No, I don’t mind the ‘overlap’. The image itself could be a ‘self-joining’ handwritten circle without any overlap. I just need it to reveal radially (starting anywhere. it will be quick) …. which it does (as you’ve shown, and I confirm) if the image is positioned in the centre of the canvas.
But if it’s positioned in another area of the canvas ……? That’s the issue.
Graham, I see what’s wrong with mine.
The clip I want to Clock Wipe Transition is positioned at the top of the canvas. So the centre of the circle should be the centre of the circle. But Vegas is thinking it is the centre of the canvas.
So, how do I make the Clock Wipe go round the circle please?
Yes. Graham that’s what’s supposed to happen. I’ll try it on a New Production. There must be something interfering with it working as it should. Or I’ve done it wrong ☹
I’ll report back. Thanks.
