The unknown group changed after reboot and now shows the group name. So this is fine.

But the smart folder thing here – is this so – or am I doing it the wrong way?.
If I e.g. make a smart folder in group1 and access the web client as group2 – I see group1 smart folders too.

Always a pleasure when you respond…:)
I have tested “/Volumes/catdv_server/catdv_proxies” with the go to folder command on my machine where the server control panel is placed – and its fine. I have pasted that path to the lovres proxy root dir. I have rebooted – and bingo when I accessed the web client it worked.

I think it has been a combination of the double connecting thing and perhaps a typo….

And then again no…
It did only work because it showed the original files.
When I disconnected the edit1 computer – it all went back to nothing….

So I am back where I started – something am I doing wrong – but what….?

I got it to work – although I can’t quite see why it ended up using this term.
I used the wizard – and it came up with this:
/Volumes/catdv_server 1/catdv_proxies

How it has got the number 1 from – I don’t know – the disc is only called “catdv_server”- but it is working

Its quite something to get your head around….:)
If I do like you suggest – and don’t want to end up with one big smart folder but want in a way to have the same structure as I have in all the catalogs I have put in e.g.. Project D. What will the best way of doing that. Without having to make new smart folders each time I bring in a new catalog – but something more dynamic and without ending up with one big smart folder trying to contain all my clips ind “Project D”.

I am well aware of the dimensions – well I ment anamorphic (which end up in the above dimensions) – but that does not change the aspect and dimensions of what I import…which is my problem…
To get rid of the blury motion on a square animation codec in 1920*1080
