Thanks guy for your response. Well I understood… the case is that audio tracks 2 & 3 are background music and if I cut all will listen a “jump” in the music continuity… this is terrible.
I can imagine the tracks as 3 extended ropes with aligning knots; if I cut one of the ropes the knots will go out of secuence. So, applying this to the tracks can’t see any solution.. isn’t it?

I think no matter what bitrate you select on Premiere Encore will transcode again to fit in the disc if you select to do it.(automatic) Also you can add/set your own transcoding settings withing Premiere to suit the most appropiate lenght
Despite you didn’t mention how long is the video, I w’d not choose those bitrates you said. I takes too long.

So make things faster I export as avi and let Encore do the task of ideal transcoding sett.

This happen from time to time. I was having a problem similar to you. I changed disc brand and the same problem continue. Inclusive my DVD duplicator reported “bad source disc” when trying to copy.
Then I bought an USB burner and since this time the problem gone. (cross finger)
    Try this!
I used to burn PRODISC white inkjet printable with excellent results. I had burned about 1000 discs and the failure rate from the duplicator is very very low… less than 15. No client returned either.
In the try & error to identify the problem I burned a Fuji and its the worst scrappy I have seen.

I have done both ways and didn’t see any big diference in process time.
Some people advise me not to export as avi…don’t know why.
Who better than the Adobe PP/Encore developments guys to advise and sugest the correct steps!

This means I should take care how I encode within Premiere so when in Encore the footage don’t take so much disc space and fit in it??
Its a long question but there is not a guide with respect the encoding process… or “how to” step by step… more over it’s a try an error.
What should be the right steps?? The authorizing process is killing me. Too much time consuming.

I have watched some tutorials but they are more confusing than explanatory.

Set project encoding to “Automatic”. (Project tap select> right click the video footage (next step audio too) >transcode settings… and Don’t forget to set menu to >first Play< too.

Funny answer. I were thinking on that when i wrote the message… je je
But when you hit Control D the preselected xsition takes effect.. and is not reading my mind… that I’m reffering to.
I have notes of “I wish to” Sadly the coming versions or the developers dont make this search when making the programing … as I know.
This remember the great sucess of JVC & other manufacturers when they made this search between users at WEVA.
