Media Space
I have a project in Encore ready to be burned obto DVD.
Project to burn is 2 hours long. With the disk tab enabled Encore tells me that the burn will take up around 50% of the available space on said DVD.I start the build process and to my dismay Encore announces that their is insufficient space for the prroject and aborts.
The disk is single layer 4.7gb
Any thoughts……?

What is the Disc capacity set to? If you build your DVD for a Dual Layer Disc and then try to burn it on a single layer disc you’d have that problem.

Set project encoding to “Automatic”. (Project tap select> right click the video footage (next step audio too) >transcode settings… and Don’t forget to set menu to >first Play< too.
