There probably is a way to do it in Premiere. I’ve just found that overall, audio work is much easier to accomplish in Audition.
If you send your sequence to Audition and create a multitrack session, you can easily produce full-length stems for each track or bus (submix) using the menu command: File > Export > Multitrack Mixdown > Entire Session. The export dialog will allow you to choose a full mixdown or to render each track/bus as a stem.

Exporting your sequence to Audition and doing all exports in Audition will make things easier.

Sadly Project Manager has quite a list of potential items that can cause the error.
When I sent my last project to a colorist we determined that a much simpler approach is to send a drive of the entire project instead of a collected project.

That is definitely true but the difference in 2018 is that there no longer is a differentiating factor that makes a mac purchase any better than any other computer. Avid and Premiere work just fine on the PC side and some would argue that they work even better.

why don’t you just export as H265 since it supports that custom aspect ratio?

The normal protocol for Sony FS7 is to record in xavc which creates files in a .mxf wrapper. The camera specs show that you can also record pro res .mov files but there’s no support for .aivx.
Since these file are in a .mov wrapper is it possible that the camera media was brought into FCPX or another Apple program to be organized before copying over?

The OMF option works fine in Premiere.

I would still venture to guess that your mac is way too under powered to work with 4k. At the very least you need more RAM but you also have a weak CPU.
Make proxies (not h264) of your 4k files in Adobe encoder and see if those will import into Premiere without issue.
