After doing a baseline color grade, if you still feel that individual areas of your frame need adjusting, the secondary color grade within the lumetri panel can be very helpful:

This question just came up on another forum and the winning answer for simplicity was:
type some text. Centre justify it. Draw a box around it. Pin the box to the text (in the EG panel). Select the left and right sides of it (also in EG panel). Done.
the key is to make use of the options in the essential graphics panel.

It’ll be a lot easier to assess your footage if you can post up a camera original clip that can be downloaded.

That image looks highly compressed. What camera are you shooting with? What format?
Your blacks are highly crushed and you have all kinds of mixed lighting in this shot. To me this appears to have more to do with the camera settings, how you’re setting up your framing in the field and your level of compression in the recording codec.

You’ll need to check your settings when you create the multicam sequence because if you have audio on each source Premiere should have no problem syncing. I use this feature a lot and I’ve never run into clips that couldn’t sync.

If you highlight all of your clips in the bin and then control click and select create multicam source sequence you can sync all at once.

That camera creates H264 files which are CPU intensive to play back in Premiere. Transcode those camera files to an edit friendly codec like Pro res or DNxHD and you’ll see a dramatic improvement in playback.

This is either a Premiere bug or a convoluted setup within Premiere because I too have had to deal with this issue and so far the only solution/workaround I’ve gotten to work is:
Do your edit of the multicam clip into your timeline but set it to video only. Then turn off the icon “insert or overwrite sequences as nests or indiviual clips.” This icon is located at the top left corner just under the timecode in the timeline. Now go back to your in point, turn on the audio tracks you want to insert and edit them into your timeline.
Toggling that icon makes it relatively easy because it remembers the tracks that you’ve used so it’s a quick process to do separate video and audio edits.

As Ann and Shane have stated, M.2 NVMe is overkill for OS.
Use the M.2’s for media.

I can only see thinking in those terms when creating a sizzle type piece and needing a lot of visual tricks to be incorporated into the edit.
Once I start an edit all of my focus and energy is on story and virtually all of the technical recedes into the background. Whether I cut that story on Premiere, FCPX , Resolve or whatever NLE is the flavor of the month is irrelevant because all that matters in the end is the story.
