It depends on whether the 24p footage was shot 24p Native (actually 24 frames per second) or in 24p (24fps in 60i). As for Magic Bullet output, I would check the manual.

Well, because it is a aspect ratio – it could be ANY amount that is restricted to those proportions (aspect ratio).
