Does this need to be a real time feed? Or can you put it on media of some kind. Easiest way would be to create a simple DVD menu that has something like this:

    1. Scene 243 – Tilt down revealing Dinosaur
    2. Scene 124 – Pan right following Star Cruiser
    3. Scene 52 – Static shot – shows the Intergalactic Star Fleet

(was trying to be creative – haha)

Each of these buttons in the menu would link to their corresponding video.

    Hope this helps.

Try the free GridIron X-Factor. I don’t have any 100% CPU problems anymore…

Keeping in mind that Cineform HD AVI may not be its native format…

Sorry I’m not very smart – of course the Z1 captures in HDV!

Try using Cineform HDV AVI… You really want to keep it in its native compressed format – its not worth it doing it any other way.

    David-

Was this footage shot as 16:9 anamorphic (720×480 1.2 Pixel Aspect Ratio)? Or was this shot in 16:9 letterbox? There is a BIG difference. Does the Z1 capture in HDV? I didn’t know that.
